Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

SIntroduction

Sensat Digital Limited (“Sensat” or “we”) is making a voluntary modern slavery and human trafficking statement relating to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”).

‍

We oppose slavery and human trafficking in all its forms and make this statement to set out the steps we have taken to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business or in our supply chains.

‍

We recognise that modern slavery remains a global issue and we adopt a zero-tolerance approach to it. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

‍

About Us

‍

Sensat is a private limited company incorporated and registered in England and Wales. The head office of the Sensat group is located in the United Kingdom, with a non-trading subsidiary in the United States.

‍

Sensat provides a cloud-based data visualisation platform that allows users and customers to interact with data for surveying and design integration. While our core business is software-as-a-service (SaaS), we engage a network of trusted third-party partners to perform aerial data capture (using UAVs and other aerial vehicles) on behalf of our clients.

‍

Our annual turnover is under £36 million. Although we are not required to make a modern slavery statement under the Act, we are making this voluntary statement to show our commitment to ethical trading principles.

‍

Our Supply Chain and Risk Assessment

‍

Our supply chain is primarily comprised of:

‍

  • Data Capture Partners: Specialist third-party providers who operate UAVs/drones to capture site data.

‍

  • Technology Providers: Suppliers of cloud hosting, software, and IT hardware.

‍

  • Professional Services: Legal, financial, and recruitment consultancies.

‍

We recognise that the hardware manufacturing sector (specifically regarding UAVs and electronics) carries a higher inherent risk of modern slavery. While we do not manufacture or directly operate this hardware, we rely on our data capture partners to source and operate equipment responsibly.

‍

Policies and Due Diligence

‍

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business.

‍

To help identify and monitor the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain, we operate a risk-based approach to vendor management:

‍

  • Supplier Vetting: We vet our data capture partners and material subcontractors to ensure they are committed to ethical labour practices and comply with all applicable aviation and employment laws.

‍

  • Contractual Obligations: Our standard supplier contracts include compliance with law provisions, which capture anti-slavery and human trafficking requirements. We expect our partners to hold their own supply chains to the same high standards.

‍

  • Whistleblowing: We have in place systems to encourage the reporting of concerns and the protection of whistleblowers.

‍

Training

‍

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, we provide guidance to our staff, with a specific focus on those teams responsible for procurement and managing our data capture partner network.

‍

All directors of Sensat have been briefed on the subject and fully understand Sensat’s obligations in this regard.

‍

Approval

‍

This voluntary slavery and human trafficking statement is made in connection with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, and has been approved by the board of directors of Sensat.
